Return ShippingCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable ItemsItems that have been used or installed are not eligible for return. Items that are made to order, customized, or special ordered are not eligible to return. Items that are Made to Order will include a processing time in the description to indicate they are created at the time of purchase. Defective or Damaged ItemsIf you receive a defective item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us promptly.
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on availability and condition.
