Items that are Made to Order will include a processing time in the description to indicate they are created at the time of purchase. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective item or an item damaged in transit, please contact

Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will offer a replacement,
refund, or store credit depending on availability and condition.
